Alejandro Supporter Languages: English (English ) Spanish (Español ) Italian (Italiano ) Timezone: Europe/Rome (GMT+01:00)	I have assigned the ticket to osama and he will get back to you as soon as he's online 🙂 If that workaround didn't work, then that probably means they have updated the plugin and the file now or the code needs a different approach. could you please ask the author of the plugin to check it out as well in the meantime, because it's very useful when their own clients express the desire of working with them and us together! ------------- In the meantime, can you try to recreate the problem on this sandbox site? --> hidden link Install the plugin there and recreate the problem so we can send it to our compatibility team for a fix.
