Adding Alt Text to Flags

Problem:
You are trying to add Alt Text to the flags on your site but cannot find an option to do so in the backend, and there is no relevant information in the documentation.
Solution:

ariO	Background of the issue: I am trying to add Alt Text to the flags we are using on our site and can't seem to find anywhere to do this. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link Symptoms: I expected to see the ability to add Alt Text in the backend, but there is nowhere to add this and nothing in the documentation shows this. Questions: How can I add Alt Text to the flags on my site? Is there a feature in the backend to add Alt Text to flags?
