This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is using the Woodmart theme and is able to translate the banner text using WPML, but the link within the banner remains untranslated. Additionally, the client asked how to avoid translating the link when using automatic translation.
Solution:
For translating theme options such as the banner link, we recommend navigating to WPML -> String Translation -> Admin String, where you can search for these strings, include them in String Translation, and then translate as needed.
To manage the translation of URLs, go to WPML → Settings, scroll down to Translated documents options, under Page URL, choose the Translate option and save. For more details, visit Translating page/post URL slug.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support.

I can see the problem partially with one button on the second banner, not pointing to translated version of the shop. While, the button on first banner seems to work fine. I checked on French version of the site (see attached).

Can you please provide little more details that how you're creating these banners? For example, using Elementor (template or an addon) or another plugin. In case of Elementor, please make sure that the template or layout having these banners, is fully translated and published also.

Additionally, can you also update the translation for these banners in ATE and try to find the URLs? You can search for http and if you find the related URLs, please make sure to correct these to their corresponding translated versions and save the translation. Then finally check again on the frontend that if it fixes the issue or not.

Please let me know and I'll try my best to help you further on the matter.

Regards.

Thank you for the updates.

These are the theme options and are usually found in WPML -> String Translation -> Admin String, where you can search for these, include in String Translation and then in ST can find and translate as needed.

Please try that and I hope it may fix the issue.

For that matter:

- Go to WPML → Settings and scroll down to Translated documents options.
- Under Page URL, choose the Translate option and save (see attached).

See https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-page-slugs/#translate-page-post-url-slug for more details.

Please note that if you need more help on this, I recommend opening a separate ticket/chat because as per forum policy we can only handle one issue per ticket/chat. So you can get more to the point help, without mixing up several issues in one long ticket.

For the banner text link (original) issue in this ticket, if that's fixed, please feel free to close this ticket as resolve, or let me know if you need more help about it.
