[Escalated to 2nd Tier] Can't add more products to the manual order

When searching for products in secondary language, there's no result found.

Hey there,

As I promised, I passed everything that I tested and found, to my colleagues, and now I'm waiting for them to check this out (which shouldn't take long). I will keep you posted about the progress we're making on this.

In the meantime, you can apply the workaround that you found, about changing first the language on the dashboard area, and then editing the order (until we find a fix for this).

Hey,

I asked my colleagues to check this out to see if there's anything I'm missing, but it seems that this is more complex than I thought so I had to escalate this to the 2nd tier support.

This way, they will check the coding side and see what can be done about it. I'll keep you posted about the progress we're making on this.
