Can't hide the "Change the field group translation setting" error notice

elieB-2	I am trying to: Hide the "Change the field group translation setting" error notice. As we want field groups to be translatable we defined them as "Translatable" in the "Post Types Translation" settings. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: All backend pages. I expected to see: This error notice disapears. Instead, I got: This error notice on all backend pages.
