Background of the issue:
In the WPML administration panel, my account shows over 220,000 credits. However, when I try to add credits to the website FoxClubVienna.com, the credited amount does not appear. The site still only shows 30 credits, even though I have attempted to add 20,000 credits and later another 10,000 credits, but nothing changes.

Symptoms:
The credits I added are not reflecting on the website. Instead of the correct credited amount, the site continues to display only 30 credits.

Questions:

Why are the added credits not appearing on the website FoxClubVienna.com?
How can I resolve this issue to ensure the credits are correctly transferred and applied for automatic translation?

Hi there.

Before this ticket gets assigned to one of my colleagues, I will try to help.

From what I can see on the site you mentioned, 29k credits have been assigned, and 28962 have been used.

There's a chance you probably have another automatic translation account with a different URL (maybe that site was initially migrated from another testing domain). If you can share that one with us or give us a few options that you might still remember of domains that you used as staging/testing sites, maybe we can find those credits.

You might also be able to try this:

On this page (https://wpml.org/account), can you click the "add/remove credits” button and move the credits back to your WPML.org account?

Then, please go here (https://wpml.org/account/sites/) > remove the current site key > generate a new one > then go to your website's backend > Plugins > Add new > Commercial > UNregister WPML from the old key > RE-register WPML with the new key.

Now, you can try to re-add the credits to your site by following the steps here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/

Please let us know if that works fine for you.
