Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a shortcode using WPML. It works initially, but after some time, especially after updating a post, I notice that some of the shortcodes are no longer translated.

Symptoms:
The previously translated shortcodes do not stay in the translation memory and disappear from already translated segments in the ATE.

Questions:
Why do the translated shortcodes disappear after updating a post?
How can I ensure that the translated shortcodes remain in the translation memory?
