Would you please tell us which invoice you are talking about?

Is it about the WPML subscription renewal invoice or the Automatic Translation?

Also I'd appreciate it if you could provide the date that the invoice generated.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to invoices that have already been generated.

The invoicing system will use the information that you added to your profile. The billing information must always be updated before the charge is processed:

I recommend that you send a refund request and then re-purchase again with the correct billing information.

To submit your refund request, please log into your WPML.org account and then go here:

https://wpml.org/purchase/refunds/.

We will process your request shortly after submission.
