This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to translate a form dropdown list from Jupiter X using WPML.
Solution:
We recommend the following steps if you're facing a similar issue:
1) Turn off the WPML translation editor for the specific page where the dropdown list appears.
2) Switch to the secondary language of your website.
3) Recreate the forms on the page, ensuring to include the translations for the dropdown list.

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

Could you please provide more background on how this dropdown list was created? Have you tried looking for these strings in WPML → String Translations?

Thanks for replying Andrey.
This is a form from the theme I use, Jupiter X.
Strings Translations don't show the options.
Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback. I understand now how you added it. You won't find them in WPML → String Translations.

If the fields are not available in the WPML translation editor when you translate this page https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/build-multilingual-websites-jupiter-x-theme-wpml/#translating-posts-pages-and-portfolios, in that case, I would suggest disabling the WPML translation editor for this page and translating the page without it.

Here is an outline of the steps:

1) Turning off the WPML translation editor

2) Go to the secondary language

3) Recreate the same forms but add the translated text

Thanks for helping. It worked.
Only this part on the image attached I couldn't make work (Choose file / No file chosen)
I used the string translation, found the terms, translated but it wasn't applied.
Thanks.

I am glad it works now. This button is not WPML dependent; it depends on your browser's language. It should be translated if your browser is non-English.
