Background of the issue:
I am trying to manage glossary entries on my site hidden link using WPML. I believe the terms are already present because when I attempt to add them again, I receive a message indicating that the term already exists.

Symptoms:
When I click on 'Glossary', I get the message: 'No entries match your search, try expanding your search criteria.'

Questions:
Why can't I see any terms in the glossary even though they seem to exist?
How can I resolve the issue of glossary terms not displaying?

Hello,

Please check the Glossary now. We have imported the missing Glossary items, and it is now possible to add Glossary terms in Italian.

Please review it and let us know your feedback. Refer to the attached images for more details.

Thank you. Now it seems to work fine. What was the issue? Can I import other csv files in future?

Now the glossary works fine but I'm still having an issue with advanced translation and glossary item.

I read that glossary items are case sensitive, so I add all possible variants: lowercase, sentence case, uppercase, but when I translate, all strings are translated as uppercase. I don't want this. If it can't work case sensitive, I prefer to have always sentence case.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Thank you for the updates. We have applied a few workarounds that helped fix the Glossary issues (in the ATE server). Our developers are still working on further improvements.

So, could you please share the exact steps to reproduce the new issue (the following one) you are facing? If possible, please share a screencast of it. A screencast would be very helpful for us to better understand the problem and support our internal discussions.
