Background of the issue:
I have installed WPML on my webpage hidden link and made an automatic translation. I am trying to have the same top menu on all languages.

Symptoms:
The header looks different when I change to other languages. The language menu is at the bottom, and pressing any language except for Swedish shows a different top menu compared to the original one.

Questions:
How do I solve the issue of having a different top menu for other languages?

Hi,

I can see this problem on your site.

Can you please explain to me how you created the header of your site?

Regards,
Itamar.

Hi!

Sorry for late reply as I am on vacation. We bought the site for another company. I assume that the header was created with normal settings in WordPress via "appearance" - header.

Would appreciate it very much if you could have a look at it. I can send you log in details if you need.

/André

Hi, and thanks for the access details.

I went to Appearance -> Header. I suggest you try to publish the header settings and see if the problem persists. Currently, I can see it is not published. Please see the attached screenshot.

If it does not help, it might be a compatibility issue with the Futurio theme. This theme is unknown to us.

In this case, we need to replicate this issue on a fresh WordPress installation. Then, I'll be able to escalate it to our compatibility team. For this, I created a test website with a clean WordPress install. You can access it through this link:

hidden link

With this link, you'll be directly logged in.

Could you please install the Futurio theme and see if the issue is replicable on a clean WordPress installation?

Please also ensure you install the latest version of the theme.

I already configured WPML to have English as the default language and Swedish as the second language.

Please let us know when everything is finished, and you can replicate the problem.

Important! Do not import your site to the test site. We must replicate the problem on a fresh, clean WordPress installation.

Regards,
Itamar.
