[Resolved] How to translate listing packages from Albanian lanauge by defaultu into english
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client wants to translate listing packages from Albanian to English on their WooCommerce site, but the translations are not appearing when switching languages. Solution: We recommend the following steps to ensure your listing packages translate correctly: 1. Ensure you have a full backup of your website. 2. Navigate to WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual and Multicurrency and initiate the Setup Wizard. Follow the steps to configure your settings. 3. Go to WPML > Translation Management and add translations for the products listed on the "/submit/" page. 4. Make a minor edit to the "/submit/" page and update its translation. Additionally, translate the template used by the page (Listing Archives V4) by accessing the Templates tab and adding an English translation. Also, translate global texts such as "Showing the single result" and sorting options through WPML > String Translation. For detailed guidance, check our documentation on translating WooCommerce: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/ If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I want to translate listing packages from Albanian into English on my site hidden link. When the user switches the language toggle to English, the package listings should update with English content.
Symptoms:
No specific issue or error message was mentioned.
Questions:
How can I translate listing packages from Albanian to English using WPML?
I remember your theme has custom Elementor Widgets. It's likely that they need to be registered.
I would like to look at this directly on your site. For this I would need temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site, preferably to a test/staging site where the problem has been replicated if possible.
The required fields can be found below the comments section. The information you enter is private, i.e. only you and I can see it and have access to it.
I may need to replicate your website locally. To do this, I need to temporarily install a plugin called "Duplicator" or "All in One WP Migration" on your website. This will allow me to create a copy of your website and content. Once the issue is resolved, I will delete the local website. Let me know if this works for you.
IMPORTANT
Please make a backup copy of the site files and database before giving us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields, this means your post and site login details are being made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details if you do not see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:
Thank you for sharing. Since this is considered a WooCommerce Product, it needs to be translated using WooCommerce Multilingual and Multicurrency (which is already installed, but not yet setup).
Make sure to have a full website backup and:
1. Go to WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual and Multicurrency and click on "Start the Setup Wizard". Choose your desired options and finish the process;
2. Go to WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual and Multicurrency on to WPML > Translation Management and add the translation to the products listed in the "/submit/" page;
3. Finally, make a small change on the /submit/ page and save. Update its translation;
In the page submit when we have lisitng packages :
1. the user selected a package as in the screenshot_1
2. After that make direct to complete field for listing as in the screenshot_2
3. Observe that If the the user switch lanauge in English: as in the screenshot_3 that it makes direct to page listing packages instead of to be the same page.

Thank you so much for sharing the videos, it helped understand your questions better 🙂
Ok, just to confirm: you were able to translate the products as you wished, correct?
About the submit form, let me explain. When a user clicks on "get started", the page doesn't actually change, as you can see that the URL stays the same. It's an internal navigation, probably created by your theme. So when switching languages, the process restarts. This is not a WPML limitation, but it's how your theme works. Besides that, it's unlikely that someone would change languages in that specific screen.
As I said that I followed steps above to translate products:
they are translate now work, but only I have one doubt for point 2
2. Go to WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual and Multicurrency on to WPML > Translation Management and add the translation to the products listed in the "/submit/" page;
I Navigate to wplm-> setting-> Translation Management and look for page submit after founded I add for translate as in the screenshot.
This what your want to say for point 2?
About for point 2 yes I understand URL is the same ok no problem lets keep so.
The products are translated separate of the page. First you need to translate the products (Plani Bazë, Plani Standard, Plani i Zgjeruar, Plani i Ndërmarrjes) and then, the page. Please check the image attached.
After that, the submit page should show everything as expected. Note that the Translation Management dashboard, has different sections, each for a different content type (pages, posts, products, templates and so on). Let me know if you have any other questions.
