This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client was unable to find links to translate in the email received and had issues with the 'Translate' buttons in the Translation Queue, which did not change to 'Edit' after confirming the translation. The client was also unsure about the function of the 'Resign' button.
Solution:
We recommended the client to cancel the problematic translation jobs in WPML > Translation Management > Jobs tab. Then, reassign the pages to a translator and send them to translation again. If the client clicks on 'Resign the job' on the WPML > Translations page, it will cancel the job, similar to the action in the Jobs tab. The client can resend a page to translation from WPML > Translation Management, or edit the page and click on the translation icon to translate it. We provided a link to our documentation for further guidance: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/#how-to-cancel-translation-jobs.

If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
