I am trying to: case type & colour attribute is not working well in other languages

I understand the issue you're talking about. Upon reviewing the variations of the product you mentioned, I noticed that the "Case type and colour" attribute displays its terms correctly in other languages, and I didn't observe any discrepancies compared to the English version. For a clearer understanding, please refer to this video: hidden link

If you continue to experience difficulties in correctly viewing the variations, please clear the caches both on your site and in your browser and then check again from the private browser.

I am still having problems with the model attributes for example take a look at this model (iPhone15 models are visible in this dropdown menu when it is in English) hidden link
when I change the language for example French the model attribute for the iPhone 15 models is missing but the rest is visible) hidden link
please advise

Hello There,
Thank you for the update.

I have checked the French version of the product and understood the issue. Will you please try the following and check if that helps to solve the issue?

- Ensure that the French translation of the product is fully completed.
- Now, go to the "WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Attributes" tab
- Select the "device-model" attribute from the dropdown and ensure that the terms within the Attribute are translated properly.
- Now, if you scroll down to the end, you'll find a button to Synchronize the Attributes. Click on that and wait till the process gets completed.
- Additionally, please go to "WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Status" and click on the "Troubleshooting" link(which is available at the end)
- Select the options mentioned in this screenshot(hidden link) and click on the "Start" button.
