About Elementor, it tells you to check in safe mode because something is being rendered in a way that elementor doesn't like, basically.

It coudl be the language switcher shortcode. there's a specific widget for elementor for the language switcher, would you be able to test it and remove that shortcode to see if the problem remains?

About the links, I saw the images but that was for the online checker that showed no issues. do you remember what kind of broken links you had? like how it showed vs how it should've showed? was it still the same problem of the domains (using the staging one instead of the correct one) and were they links to other pages or also links for media elements?

Sorry for the delay in responding. Somehow, a lot of my genuine email messages ended up in my junk folder without realizing it.

I just swapped to using the WPML widget and sure enough that solved the issue.

The broken link had to do with a broken image to which I had first resolved, but the translated page still had the broken link until I resaved the ATE translations. So, it's all good now.

I have tried Safari, and sure enough I started losing my custom translations again, at least one segment to which I had not tempered with. The custom translations converted to automatic translations against my will or intervention.

Is there a way to only show one language on the Elementor language switcher?

Hello,

I'm not sure what you mean about the Elementor Widget, if you mean you want to hide a specific page or language, that's not something done on the language switcher but on the actual WPML Settings and only at the language level. It's done in WPML > Languages.

About the browser, what you experienced is not a safari or browser issue at all. I managed to find the segment you lost and it's the same issue as before. the segment was initially seen as 2 segments that were joined, this time instead it was seen as one big segment.

That's an issue we're fixing on our end. I had gifted credits to account for this and for the french images. the fix for this should go live in a few weeks or maybe a bit before that 🙂

Regards,
