This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're experiencing issues where images do not copy in order or do not copy at all when translating properties, and you've already tried using Settings>Media Translation without success, the issue might be related to caching.
Solution:
We recommend the following steps to resolve the image order issue:
1. Edit and resave the property in the original language.
2. Translate the property into the desired language.
3. Log into your WordPress admin panel using incognito mode.
4. Clear the WPResidence Cache. This should correct the image order in the translated version.
If these steps do not resolve your issue, or if the solution seems outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Additionally, if you need further assistance, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

I don't know Kor, slowly I am loosing patience. Sometimes is working sometimes not, than again. It´s more than a month rolling with support...
Still images dont get copied in order or don't get copied anyway.
If I translate a property which is present in english, than in portugues language changing the images the order. It happened on the second property already.
I was using already the Settings>Media Translation..no result

I don't know if I roll over a backup from the 15/09 that it will kill to much changings, so I am think to let it run like it is but it's a mess

Thank you for your patience, and my apologies for the continued issues. After a thorough review, it appears that some caching might be affecting the domain hidden link.

1. Incorrect Image Order (Possibly Cache-Related)
As shown in this screen recording hidden link , the image order is correct in the Portuguese backend. However, on the frontend, the order appears incorrect. Interestingly, when switching the setting to "Different languages in directories" under WPML > Languages > Language URL format, the images display in the correct order.
Could you check and see if there are any server-side caches running? If there is, please disable them temporarily while we work on the site.

2. Missing Images for Certain Properties (e.g., Ponta Mar - Apartment 315m²)
This issue was caused by the “Use a custom property page template” setting not being copied over to the translated version of the property. I’ve manually corrected this, and the images are now displaying properly here:
hidden link

Let me know if you can sort out the cache issue on your end.

Hi Kor, I made rolled over the backup from the 19/05,
so far I got everything back, with lot of work. Because was far much more.

And still the order of the images are still broken, serverside is no cache more enabled, the plugin to command it is disabled.

The xml generator of wpml shows something
" <widget name="property_show_overview_section">
<fields>"
but I don´t know how to use , because I don´t know if it's the right one.

Hello Kor, I prefer that you are not working at the development site, better on your own environment, as I have to work there as well, because I lost a lot of time.

PLEASE IGNORE THIS:

>>>>>>The xml generator of wpml shows something
" <widget name="property_show_overview_section">
<fields>"
but I don´t know how to use , because I don´t know if it's the right one.<<<<<<<<<<

This was a previous issue which I could solve.

The problem persists with the order of the property images and the category images, which are filled in English and Portuguese (because I was initially told there was no automatic translation option).
Sometimes they appear, sometimes not (see homepage: On the Beach – Beachfront – Exclusive…)

Thanks for your reply. I've checked and everything seems to be working now except the image order. I'll check locally with the duplicator copy you shared on your other ticket and I will come back to you as quickly as possible.

Also this grey images in screenshot don't show up, like I mentioned, which are filled in English and Portuguese (because I was initially told there was no automatic translation option).

Thanks for your reply.

I translated this listing yesterday hidden link and the images are not in order in the Portuguese language. But when I checked today, hidden link , it is in the correct order as shown in the attached screenshot, but with an extra featured image showing up. Did you do anything on your end? I suspect a server cache issue.

The images that you highlighted on the homepage are showing up for me in Portuguese, as shown in the attached screenshot. Could you recheck?

Thanks for your reply. It seems to be a caching issue. Here's what was done to fix the property image order: hidden link

1. The property was edited and resaved: hidden link

2. Then, I translated the property into Portuguese, but the image order was still incorrect on the frontend.

3. Logged into hidden link using incognito mode.

After clicking “Clear WPResidence Cache,” the image order displayed correctly in Portuguese language: hidden link

Could you give this a try and let me know how it goes?

I wrote to the support of the theme, as one problem persits, when I am coming from a portugues property and switch back to english, the slug dont changes, just the domain name. But when you press Clear WpResidence Cache, it goes to normal.

I translated now a property without disorder in images, only issue is that the second language shows the featured image as the first image of the slider (gallery) what in english not is.

Maybe I set a point to much that it appears?

Thanks for your reply. Glad that we're able to sort out the issue due to the "WpResidence Cache". Regarding the featured image showing up on translated properties, I've split the ticket here https://wpml.org/forums/topic/second-language-shows-the-featured-image-as-the-first-image/ so that we can follow up. As for this ticket, please mark it as resolved.
