Tell us what you are trying to do? I am trying to translate my header menu, everything is fine except for a link produced by a third party plugin. For some reason, the "Logout" button is missing when it comes to the translated language.

Is there any documentation that you are following? I've followed the menu translation method by using WP Menu Sync.

Is there a similar example that we can see? Snapshot provided

What is the link to your site? hidden link, hidden link

Thanks for reaching out to WPML support.

We would appreciate it if you could provide us with more information on how the missing link was added. Please note that WP Menu Sync only works with the default WP menu and does not synchronize custom coding or additional items provided by third-party plugins. Have you tried adding this link manually for the secondary language?

Hi,

This is the missing link that shows that it has been translated (plugin by UsersWP).
With the manual secondary language, does it mean that I have to manually input each and individual page into the manual from scratch? As in it won't be sync with the default language menu anymore? Or I can just add the missing link while sync-ing the others?
Thanks.

Thank you for providing me with the information.

If you add this as a custom link, you can input the URL you want to direct visitors to and a label which is the text visible in the navigation. WPML allows you to synchronize the menu structure and then use WPML String Translation to translate the URL and label of the custom menu item.
To perform this action, follow these steps:

- Go to the WPML → WP Menus Sync page and click on the Sync button to sync the menu structure across different languages.

- After you confirm the entries and the synchronization finishes, a message at the bottom of the page informs you that you need to translate some items using String Translation. Clicking the link takes you to the String Translation page, where the table is already filtered to display the custom links from your menu.

If the response did not answer your question, please provide more details so that I can better understand your inquiry and offer appropriate assistance.

Hi Andrey,

If you look at the screenshot, you can see that I've actually done this it is still not appearing in the site yet (I've translated everything in the header menu but the login or logout text wasn't appearing there). On top of that, I've even translate the string "Login / Register" in the string translation but the translation is still not appearing in the site. (see snapshot)

Thank you for your feedback. Could you show me how you added "Login / Register", "Log Out" to the menu?

Have you tried to add them without WP Menus Sync but manually? This might be also a solution. Here are the details: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/#option-2-translating-menus-manually
