This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported two pending payments that needed cancellation despite having already paid.
Solution:
We escalated the issue to our sales department to address the pending payments. Initially, it was confirmed that pending payment invoices do not automatically delete but can be manually removed upon request. After the client confirmed the visibility of the pending payments, we instructed our sales team to proceed with the manual deletion. We then followed up to ensure that the pending payments were successfully deleted.

Hey there,

Our sales specialists confirmed that it's expected that the pending payment invoices remain. These are not automatically deleted.

However, they can delete them manually. Can you confirm that you still see the pending payment?
