Problem:
The client reported two pending payments that needed cancellation despite having already paid.
Solution:
We escalated the issue to our sales department to address the pending payments. Initially, it was confirmed that pending payment invoices do not automatically delete but can be manually removed upon request. After the client confirmed the visibility of the pending payments, we instructed our sales team to proceed with the manual deletion. We then followed up to ensure that the pending payments were successfully deleted.
