[Resolved] Popups are translated but they still appear in the source language

I am trying to: Make translated popups appear in the english version of the website but they keep appearing in portuguese (source language).

I translated the integral popups, also all strings that appear in the string translation menu, but this still happens.

Please increase your WP Memory Limit (https://wpml.org/faq/checklist-before-opening-a-ticket-in-wpml-support/#how-can-i-increase-my-sites-memory-limit) and resave the translations.

Hi Laura,

Thank you for your reply. We increased the memory limit and resaved all popup translations but the problem still remains. I also cleaned cache. Can you give further help?
