This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The customer encountered a problem after importing products with translations. The attributes were imported for the primary language, but were not specified for the other translations/languages. Attributes were not displayed in product translations until the product (translation) was saved manually. Additionally, there was no option to switch between languages on the attribute editing page.

Solution:
1. Attributes are not translatable by default. To translate them, you must go to "WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Attributes".
2. Attribute terms are translatable.

In the secondary language import file, you must use the untranslated attribute name. For attribute terms, you must use the translated name in your import file.

If you imported the secondary language without attributes, you will need to manually save your translations so that WPML can sync the products and their variations.

You must first translate your attributes, either manually in "WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Attributes" or by following this documentation: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/wpml-all-import-plugin-website-import-with-wpml/importing-multiple-languages-with-wp-all-import-and-wpml/#option-2-import-the-multilingual-terms-using-wp-all-import

Remember that the column must have the name of the untranslated attribute, but for each variation you must use the name of the translated term.

Hi!

We have found a problem after import of products with translations.
For the main language version we did import of attributes with their values. For the other translations/languages we didn't specified them.

Products were successfully imported and links between the two languages were set.

Bur for some reasons the attributes are not displayed on other translations/languages - hidden link

Attributes appear only after saving the product (translation) - hidden link

We also noticed that there is no option to switch between languages on the attribute editing page. - hidden link

So the main questions are:
1. How to make attributes translation immediately appear on products?
2. How to enable attribute translation?

Please help to understand this situation

I see that you have "WP All Import" installed, so I will assume that you used that plugin to import your products.

We also noticed that there is no option to switch between languages on the attribute editing page.

1. Attributes are not translatable by default (they are a type of content). WPML allows you to translate their label. To translate them you can go to "WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Attributes".
2. Attributes terms are translatable.

For the other translations/languages we didn't specified them.

In your secondary language import file, you should use the untranslated attribute name (point 1). Attribute terms are translatable, you should you the translated name in your import file (point 2).

Attributes appear only after saving the product (translation)

If you imported the secondary language without attributes, then you will need to manually resave your translations so that WPML can synchronize products and their variations.
