You can add the language switcher using the shortcode in this location using the shortcode Elementor widget. Kindly check this guide to know more about adding switchers using shortcode. homeP	Hey Osama, Thanks for the instructions, but it doesn't work. It's a new theme, and I'm assuming the author will again claim it's 100% compatible with WPML, but in reality, it's definitely not compatible. It's always the same theme with these same authors. Send me a private message, and I'll send you my login details.
