Hello There, From the WPML Debug info, I also can see that the REST API is disabled. However, if you believe that the REST is enabled on your site, please try to access a REST API endpoint from your browser. After the Site URL, enter this endpoint: "/wp-json/wp/v2/posts" If you receive JSON responses with data, the REST API is likely enabled. If you encounter a 404 error or an empty response, the REST API might be disabled. In that case, you need to consult with the Hosting and server administrator and enable the REST API for your site. However, as you haven't used the Advanced Translation editor to translate pages(according to the debug information), the issue you're having might be happening due to some other reason. kindly try the solution below and check if that helps to resolve the issue for you. 1) Please make sure that the translation is 100% completed 2) Resave the WP permalinks in "Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks", by clicking the "Save changes" button without making any changes. 3) If that didn't help, go to the "WPML > Support > Troubleshooting" page, then click the following: - Clear the Cache in WPML Please make sure that you have a full database and website backup before proceeding. Hi There, Since you're receiving JSON responses, that means the REST is enabled. If you're still seeing that the REST is disabled in WPML, that could be a false positive notice. I hope it will be removed soon. However, I checked your site and can see that the English version of the site is getting loaded properly. I didn't encounter any 404 errors. Please check this screenshot(hidden link) of the English homepage for a better understanding. Since the English version of the site is now functioning as expected, can we consider the issue resolved? If not, could you kindly provide me with the page where you're encountering the issue? I will examine it and provide you with an update shortly. Best Regards, |

Hello There, Thank you for providing the error log. I would like to inform you that I couldn't identify any errors originating from the WPML plugin in the log. Each translated version also shows properly without any errors. As I'm unable to trace any issues there, this issue might be related to something else. As you're using CDN on your site, could you please verify whether any rewrite rule was added in/by the CDN on your site? It is also recommended to fully clear the caches from the CDN portal. Please also replace the current htaccess rule with the basic one defined here: https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/htaccess/#basic-wp You'll find the htaccess file on the root folder of your site. Make sure to take a full backup before adding the code. I hope it will help. If not, please let me know the steps to see the issue. I will check accordingly and try my best to solve the issue.
