To register strings for translation, please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to WPML → String Translation.
2. Enable the "Auto register untranslated strings" option.
3. Go to the page (for example, the Agent's page) where the untranslated strings are displayed.
4. Return to WPML → String Translation, disable the option, and check if the string has been registered.
5. Translate the string.
You can use automatic translation for translating newly registered strings.
I don't think you understood either. I'm not doing anything. I've activated the option to translate everything automatically. The plugin must work correctly.
