mattD-14	Background of the issue: We are attempting to translate our Menus (both top nav and footer nav) on a site under development. Both of them are being translated through string translation and there is not currently any HTML or CSS that is being passed with the strings. I'm working with Transperfect. Symptoms: The top navigation is displaying oddly and the footer nav is not showing a translation at all. Questions: Why is the top navigation displaying oddly after translation? Why is the footer navigation not showing any translation?

While they inform that they are compatible with WPML, we've had other users reporting that they can't make it work with WPML: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/max-mega-menu-is-not-correct-in-other-language/ https://wpml.org/forums/topic/how-to-duplicate-my-mega-menu-and-keep-the-exact-same-formatting-styling/#post-12903125 I'm afraid that it would be necessary for us to work together with the plugin author to make it compatible with WPML. Can you please reach out to the plugin author or support and ask them to join our go global program? https://wpml.org/documentation/support/go-global-program/ This will guarantee that the issues you're facing with the menu in the header get fixed.
