I am trying to translate a page into English. After completing the translation it does not save the translated page, the plus icon remains indicating there is no translation. Even with a workaround it does not save the translation. Please see my screenrecording for my issue: hidden link?
Is there any documentation that you are following?

Hello,
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Our Debugging Procedures
I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link
Please, let me know if you need any additional details. Have a nice day.

Hey there,
Our 2nd tier team found the following workaround to fix the issue:
- Add a new empty page.
- Manually copy the content from the old page 'OnePlus reparatie Rotterdam' to the new page you're creating and publish it
- Translate the new created page and translate it
Now the translation is saved properly and there's no errors.
I tested it in the staging version and it worked fine, can you please test it on the production site as well to see if it works for you?
Thank you for your reply and investigation into this matter. But is this really the way to do this? Because this feels more like a temporary fix? And what was causing this, was it a bug or something? We are going to test it on production and will let you know when it works.
Would it be possible to find out what causing this so that we can solve it structurally?
I'm afraid if we use workaround here, then we are going to keep having the same issues in the future.

Hello there,
We understand your concern.
Since enabling the debug log didn't produce any errors, is it possible for you to reach out to your host provider and ask them for the HTTP error logs for December 4th (or any other day that we know for sure the issue happened) for our 2nd tier team to take a better look at this?
This should give us more information to help us debug this issue.
Thank you, please let us know.
