Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate my Dutch text strings from the Complianz cookie plugin to English on my website hidden link. I am using WPML and following the process: WPML > Strings > choose domain 'Complianz'.

Symptoms:
Automatic or manual translation of Dutch text strings does not work.

Questions:
Why are the automatic or manual translations not working for the Complianz plugin text strings?

1.- To correctly translate the Compilanz plugin, you must follow the steps described in the guides that appear in the left column on this link: https://wpml.org/plugin/complianz-gdpr-ccpa-cookie-consent/

2.- Please increase the WP memory Limit. Minimum requirements are 128Mb: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/
You can add this to wp-config.php to increase WP memory:`

/* Memory Limit */
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

- Add it above the line /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

You can double-check the WordPress memory limit in WPML -> Support

Hi,

My screenshot in my ticket indicates I want to translate from Dutch (= source) to English (= target). I do not want to translate from Dutch to dutch (= no action required). In the screenshot my Translate button is grey so I cannot click it. How to solve this?

WordPress sitediagnosis indicates WP Memory limit = 512MB. Also indicated by PHP settings at the hostingprovider.

1.- Please share a link to a video where you follow the steps to translate this content, because I don't have enough information to explain why the button is not active.

2.- The 515M memory limit is the PHP memory limit, not the WordPress memory limit; those are two different settings. You can double-check the WordPress memory limit in WPML -> Support
