This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was experiencing an issue where items from the translation basket were not being sent to the translator. This was eventually identified as a conflict with a security header.
Solution:
If you're encountering a similar issue where your translation tasks are not being sent to your translator, first check if the translator is an internal user. If so, ensure they are properly added in WPML under Translation Management. You can add translators and specify their language pairs by following these steps:
1. Navigate to WPML->Translation Management->Translators.
2. Add the translator with the appropriate language pairs.

Hi Martien,

Unfortunately, I cannot find your chat to get more information on this issue.

Is the translator you are sending the job to an internal user or are you attempting to send the job to a translation service?

if they are an internal user, please go to WPML->Translation Management->Translators and add them there with the language pairs you would like them to have access to.

Hi Bobby,

I had another chat session with Noman and het could help me solve the problem.
On the end it was a conflict with a security header which caused the problem.

Thanks,
With kind regards,
