Tell us what you are trying to do?

Updating WPML plugins fails the same way on 4 (every) different sites registered to my WPML account.
There is no outstanding/unpaid billing.
Everything else on the sites works, including WPML. But WPML will not complete the updates.

After pressing update:

1. I am prompted to register WPML (despite never having to do this before for other updates)
2. I get my registration keys from my WPML account.
3. The key is rejected with the error message:
"Unable to parse data from service response."

Please could you advise me what to do?

Thanks for your kind reply. Unfortunately the problem is not resolved.
The key now links each site to the WPML account and each site is displayed as registered with WPML.

But the WPML plugin updates fail.
I have tried using the Check again link in the Updates page, and the Check for Updates in the WPML section. Updates to install appear in the Updates page. But installation fails.

On each site I get the same sort of error message:
"An error occurred while updating WPML Multilingual CMS: Download failed. Forbidden"
"An error occurred while updating WPML String Translation: Download failed. Forbidden"

Please see the screenshot for the interface message.
If you could possibly suggest any thing else?

I think that issue was a different one that happened this morning in regards to downloading the files.

Please try again - it should not happen anymore as my colleagues told me.

Yes, you're right. Happily the updates have now worked on all sites and the issue is resolved.
