This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client needed to resend order details to a customer, but the email was sent in the main language of the website (Spanish) instead of the language in which the order was made (English).
Solution:
We explained that the emails sent to clients should be in the language of the order, and the emails received by the website admin should be in the language set in their profile. We recommended ensuring that all WPML plugins and add-ons are updated to the latest version, which at the time was 4.6.10, to benefit from the latest bug fixes and improvements. We also reminded the client to backup their database before proceeding with the update.
