Yes we have tried all this but it does nothing. We need someone to look at it and help us reduce the translations. We have 140K translations where it shouldn't be more than 1k. |

In order to take a detailed look and proceed with escalations if it is the case, please, provide us with the following details: 1 - Access details to your WordPress Dashboard. At this point we will not change anything, the purpose is just to inspect and understand the issue. If we need to tweak it, then will work in a copy of your website, not your production/live one. As regarding providing these details, please, consider: I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. Our Debugging Procedures I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site. Also just to make sure we are on the same page. The site is NOT on the ROOT directory. It is on the /power-pulse-digital folder. The FTP I previously gave you has access directly to that folder. |

As it takes a bit long due the nature of the issue and because our developers are already discussing it for a long time, I browsed our forum in order to find a possible workaround, I found this one: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/database-problem-wp_icl_translate-too-big/page/3/#post-7793391. IMPORTANT: Please, note, a backup is required for security reasons and to avoid any data loss, you can use the https://wordpress.org/plugins/backupwordpress/ plugin for these backup needs.
