Background of the issue:
I'm looking for an XML list of Divi modules for Main Content to add to the WPML settings under Custom XML Configuration. I referred to these topics for guidance: https://wpml.org/fr/forums/topic/compatibilite-divi-5/ and https://wpml.org/forums/topic/adding-modules-to-the-translation-editor/.

Symptoms:
I have no modules in the list of the advanced translation editor for main content. I used all the tokens for unuseful translations.

Questions:
How can I obtain an XML list of Divi modules for Main Content to add to WPML settings?
Why are there no modules in the list of the advanced translation editor for main content?

Hi,

thanks for contacting us.

Divi is already fully compatible with WPML, so you shouldn't need any custom XML.

If you don't see content, there are 2 possible reasons:

1. You're using Divi 5. Divi 5 is an alpha, and at the moment is not compatible with WPML. We're working to achieve full compatibility when the stable version is released.

2. You're using modules coming from Divi addons. WPML is not officially compatible with any of the addons, so you'll need to register the modules yourself, following this procedure.

Hi there,

Please note that the documentation provided by my colleague outlines the exact steps required to create a custom XML configuration, should one be necessary.

As this is a custom fix, it falls outside the scope of our standard support. Our colleague has kindly provided this solution on their own initiative.

I understand how important it is to get this resolved. If the documentation is unclear or if you're unsure how to create the configuration file, I’d be happy to assist further.

- Are you currently using Divi 5?

- Are the items that are not pulling into the Advanced Translation Editor coming from Divi add-ons ?

Hello,
Yes, I'm using Divi 5.
I didn't follow the documentation because it was easier and 100 times faster to manually translate my pages.
If you have a pre-existing XML file at this point, it could be helpful, and I'd appreciate your assistance on this.

- Are the items that aren't pulling into the Advanced Translation Editor from Divi add-ons?
Yes, and WPML doesn't detect any add-ons, text, lists, and more... nothing, just the page title.

thanks

Thank you for sharing the above information.

Divi 5 is indeed an alpha version and not compatible yet which is why you are experiencing these issues.

There is no pre-existing XML file, we would have to review the content and create one manually, however, it is very likely that once Divi 5 is stable the items will be included by our team properly, which might make sense to use the manual translation until then otherwise you will have to keep adding items to the XML file.

My colleague provides additional info on Divi 5 here which could be helpful :
