Background of the issue:
I'm trying to use automatic translation (Translate Everything) on my development site hidden link. When I click the plus icon to translate a page, WPML starts the translation automatically, but the translated page is never created or saved. I’ve tried re-registering the site with a newly generated key (marked as development), clearing WPML cache, and reinstalling the plugin, but the issue persists. A warning is shown in the backend: Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$status_id in /wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/classes/ATE/class-wpml-tm-ate.php on line 57. ATE Error Logs show: Api error missing resource: No sitekey found for this website.
Symptoms:
Translations not saved. Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$status_id. ATE error: No sitekey found.
Questions:
Please check the ATE connection and reset the sitekey/token if needed.
Hello Lauren, I would like to kindly ask you for an update on the current status of the issue resolution. Thank you very much for the information. Best regards, Matej
I've been working in your test site, and I'm not able to look up the test site in our AMS system. Please connect the test site with your live site following the documentation here. Let me know once that is done so I can check the test site job status and look for what is causing the translations to throw the error. Thanks! https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-subscription-for-multiple-sites/
Please also let me know if it is okay to install the File Management and Adminer plugins so that I can further look into any background errors.
Hello Lauren,
the site -> test.fornier.sk serves as a preparation for the new website, meaning that all functionality is being tested there. The current website is outdated, and therefore the plugin cannot be run on it. For this reason, we are preparing the site on a test subdomain so that we can launch the final live version once everything is completed.
Therefore, please, if possible, resolve the error on the test version — unfortunately, we are unable to move forward otherwise.
I am trying to resolve the error on the test site. Please let me know if it is okay to install the File Management and Adminer plugins so that I can further look into any background errors.
Also, I do see hidden link in our AMS system, so it appears the plugin was active there at one time. If it is still active, please connect the site to your development site as instructed in my previous reply, so that we can try and get the test site showing up in AMS.
Hello Lauren,
you may install the File Management and Adminer plugins on the test site.
Yes, the plugin was active and is still active on the current live version of the website. However, it hasn’t been updated there for several years. If I may kindly ask, please work with the materials I’ve provided and disregard the old version of the live site.
