This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to translate WooCommerce brands using the WPML plugin. After translating them from the Taxonomy section, you are still prompted to translate them again on each individual product page. Additionally, the content of the Brand is not displayed on the product page.
Solution:
We recommend translating the taxonomies directly from the products rather than from the WPML > Taxonomy Translation section. This approach ensures that the translations are saved in the Advanced Translation Editor's translation memory. For more details on how WPML manages translations, please visit https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/how-wpml-keeps-track-of-your-translations/.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, please check related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. We highly recommend opening a new support ticket if the problem persists. You can do so at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate WooCommerce brands using the WPML plugin. I translated them from the Taxonomy section, but I am still being asked to translate them again on each individual product. Additionally, the content of the Brand is not displayed on the product page. This should be auto-populated from the Taxonomy, shouldn't it? Here is a screenshot of the issue: hidden link. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link

Symptoms:
The translated WooCommerce brands are not auto-populating on individual product pages, and the content of the Brand is not displayed.

Questions:
Why are the translated brands not auto-populating on individual product pages?
Why is the content of the Brand not displayed on the product page?

Thanks for contacting us. Translating the taxonomies directly in WPML > Taxonomy Translation will not be saved in the Advanced Translation Editor's translation memory https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/how-wpml-keeps-track-of-your-translations/ .

You need to translate the taxonomy from the products directly so that it will be saved in the translation memory.

Thank you kor,
Seems it is working this way. Though it is a bit strange that it doesn't take the main description from the brand translation.
Again, your help is much appreciated 👍
