Hi, our wordpress instance runs on nginx. Today, it started timing out when updating a page - any page. I was able to reproduce the issue locally and it turns out we get the log filled with these warning and errors when saving the post:

Here is the ticket. I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

Unfortunately i cannot : our server runs as a node managed by kubernetes. But I've created a zip file containing the database export zipped, and the entire wp-content folder ?

I would love to but we tried that in a previous ticket and it did not work out for some reason (see this ticket: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/wpml-acf-warning-creates-timeouts/page/2/#:~:text=Can%20you%20please%20send%20me%20a%20package%20with%20a%20copy%20of%20your%20site%3F).
The solution was to provide the package as I did here. I hope this works for you ?

I can see the issue here hidden link . It says that you've not registered the sitekey with the correct key.

Also, I could see the connection issue here hidden link . Please refer to this section of the documentation https://wpml.org/faq/wpml-plugin-cannot-connect-to-wpml-org/ .

Once you've fixed that, could you allow adding new plugins? I need to access to WP > Plugins > Add New > Commercial Tab.

Hi,
I believe this is normal, since our licence is for the production site (cms.apptweak.com). You are on the staging (cms.staging.apptweak.com).

The connection error message refers to that "incorrect" sitekey.

Still, I have updated the staging to allow you to add plugins.

It says "If you are the system administrator of this resource then you should check the error log for details.". Maybe you can take a look at it?
