Can't translate the forms on my contact page

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with parts of the website not being translated, specifically the 'Contact' form.
Solution:
If you're experiencing untranslated parts in your 'Contact' form while using 'WP Forms', we recommend you translate the form following the instructions in our guide. Please read the guide on Creating multilingual forms using WPForms and WPML to ensure your forms are fully translated.
