Hello there,

Thank you for waiting. Make sure to have a full website backup and follow the steps below:

1. In the website's admin panel, go to Settings > General and copy the website's URL;
2. Go to https://wpml.org/account/sites/ and click the pencil to add the website URL;
3. Paste the URL you copied and save;
4. Copy the website's key;
5. In the website's admin panel, go to Plugins > Add New > Commercial Tab and click on "Unregister WPML from this site";
6. Register the website again, with the key you copied in step #4;

Let me know if that changes anything. May that not be the case, please share with me the exact amount of credited you added and the date you added.
