Background of the issue:
I am trying to resolve an issue with the Elementor Text Widget on translated pages. I have already discussed this with the Elementor support team, and they suggested contacting WPML. They mentioned that WPML might be modifying the default Elementor code. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link
Symptoms:
I expected to see only 5 lines of text on each paragraph, but instead, I got exceeding text on a 6th line.
Also, while editing, the number of lines sometimes change depending on where I sit my cursor on, either on the left-hand side within the text widget configuration or right-hand side where the block of text appears on the page.
Questions:
Why is the Elementor Text Widget displaying an extra line on translated pages?
Is WPML modifying the default Elementor code, causing this issue?

Our Debugging Procedures
I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Since you have sent access to a staging site, please let me know if it is okay to temporarily disable plugins/themes for troubleshooting. I'd also like to install the File Management plugin qnd enable the debug log if it's not already enabled. Please let me know if this is okay.

I logged in to the staging site to try and recreate the issue. I went to the page that you mentioned in our original chat and tested editing it with ELementor. You can see in my screencast I clicked in different text boxes, on the left and right, and the text greys for a second and then you can edit it. I don't see any strange lines added. Can you send me a screencast of the steps you are taking on the STAGING site so I can reproduce the issue? Here's my screencast: hidden link
Also, if you compare the same edit (French) page to the live (French) page, you will not only see that paragraph #2 displays properly, but that paragraphs 3, 4, 7 and 8 do exceed the 5-line limit unlike in the editing (French) page.
And if you click on the language switcher to access its live English counterpart, you will see that there is no misbehavior. All paragraphs respect the 5-line limit as within the editing original (English) pages.
I am not seeing what you are explaining. Please send a screencast of you recreating the error so I can understand your steps and try to recreate. you don't need to use loom, you can use any recording that you prefer.
