I want to translate product option names, but after automatic translation, they remain in the original language on the translated product page within the admin interface. The option names are not appearing in the string translator, even though I have enabled 'Auto-register untranslated strings' and disabled caching. The issue persists.

Dear Christopher,

Any news on the progress? Please let me know when I should follow up again.

Hello,

Thank you and welcome back to WPML support. The issue seems to be a compatibility problem between the plugin and WPML.

To be able to report the compatibility issues we need to replicate the issue on a clean installation.
I created a clean installation of WordPress, WPML, and all necessary WPML add-ons.
You can access the WordPress dashboard using the link below:

Kindly follow the steps below:

- Install the plugin
- Add an option with the plugin to one of the products and try to translate that.
- Try to replicate the issue.

This will help us to report the probable issue to the compatibility team and solve the possible problem faster.

Thanks.

Hello,

Thank you for replicating the issue. I reported this to the compatibility team.

This will take time, but as soon as I have news I will get back to you.

Thanks.

Hello,

The compatibility team informed that the plugin developers mentioned the WPML Advanced Translation Editor is not supported, and the Native WordPress Editor needs to be used:

Our compatibility team will be in contact with them, and if the developers of the plugin do not make that section compatible with the translation editor, we will explicitly mention that in our compatibility report page:

Thanks.
