This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is experiencing persistent loading issues when attempting to translate a page to French, despite resigning and assigning credits.
Solution:
We recommend the following steps to address the translation loading issue:
1) Ensure a full site backup.
2) Navigate to WPML >> Translation Management >> Translation Jobs and delete the French translation job for the problematic post.
3) Edit the post in the original language, make a minor change, and update it to refresh the translation settings.
4) Retranslate the post to French using WPML's Translation Dashboard.
To improve site performance and possibly resolve the issue, increase the WP Memory Limit to 256MB and MaxInputVars to 10000.
For detailed guidance, visit WPML minimum requirements and editing wp-config.php.
If issues persists:
1) Ensure a full site backup.
2) Delete the existing key for your site from your WPML account page.
3) Unregister and re-register WPML with a new key following the steps provided in the Plugins >> Add New >> Commercial tab.
4) Edit and update the post to refresh settings and attempt translation again.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should issues persist, please open a new support ticket.
