Hello,

I want to ask a question regarding the ATE job sync request coming from the admin side.

1. How we can stop those ATE job requests?

2. If there is any setting inside Admin then how to use it? Can you suggest to us the necessary steps to take?

3. Can we use WordPress translator instead of ATE?

4. If you use WordPress translator or WordPress editor then it will not break our existing translations done from ATE?

5. Can we completely disable ATE for future translations?

Please give answers to the above questions ASAP.

Thanks

Hello,

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve the issue.

I am consulting with our team for an expert opinion on this. We have a couple of questions for a better understanding of your live site settings. Please check the following.

1) On live site, which option you have selected for WPML>>Settings>>Translation Mode

2) If you have selected *Translate What You Choose* now, have you ever used *Translate Automatically* option

3) One doubt about the following. We hope you are trying to manually translate posts from the default WordPress Editor. Please confirm - https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-different-translation-editors-for-different-pages/

Can we use WordPress translator instead of ATE
