If I understood correctly you want to upload the .mo files that were created for Houzez theme right?

In this case you will need to go to your Houzez theme folder and upload them in the their respective language folder. *ask their team for the correct location

Then go to WPML -> Theme and Plugins localization-> Select and scan the Houzez Theme and go to WPML->Support->Troubleshooting->click Show "Custom MO Files Pre-Generation dialog box" this should pull the .mo file translations into String Translation

Let me know your results, please.

Thank you for the screenshots!

That feature is designed to ensure that the theme and plugin translations(.mo file) are loaded first from the "/languages" folder and then from the database.

WPML will first look for and load the .mo file automatically without you having to manually do it. In summary, activating this feature in WPML will ensure that the translations are automatically loaded using the standard WordPress function `load_textdomain`. This is particularly useful if you're using a theme that's been translated into multiple languages and you want to make sure those translations are utilized by WPML.

You do not need to put in the whole URL in that box, that won't work as expected, it is requesting a text-domain. This text-domain is what is used by your theme in localizations.

If you uncheck the feature you will be able to manually scan the theme for all strings and also see it's text domain used.

Let me know your results, please.
