This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to see the translated image for one of the translated language on the live site.
Solution:
We found that the issue was related to the Redis Object Cache plugin. We recommend flushing the Redis Object Cache to resolve the problem. After performing this action, the translated image should appear correctly. If you're experiencing this issue, we suggest trying the following steps:
1. Go to the Redis Object Cache plugin settings in your WordPress dashboard.
2. Click on the 'Flush Cache' button to clear the cache.
3. Check your live site to see if the translated image is now displaying.
Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If after trying these steps the issue persists, we highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket with us. You can reach the WPML support forum here.

If it's the correct page and you still don't see the image, please clear your browser's cache

Hi, this is the right page and place, but the image is the original image and not showing the translated image. This is the translated image as set in WPML Media Translations hidden link

I would need to disable the theme to get the code, but doing that triggers a fatal error.

Hi, please let us know before you disable themes! It did cause a critical error and we are now working to restore the site.

What code do you need and how can we help you get it?

Yes, you are right. I should have asked before disabling the theme and I'm sorry.

I need to see the Divi code for that page and the fastest way to do so is to disable Divi and check the page again. The issue is likely related to missing XML and I need to see the page structure.

Missing XML can be seen without disabling the theme. What xml do you think is missing and we can take a look?

I don't know what is missing exactly, because I don't know what is the shortcode. I can try to reproduce the issue in a Sandbox but it will take a while

I did some tests and found the problem was with the Redis Object Cache plugin. I flushed it and the image now appears correctly, can you confirm?

Great, thank you it seems to be working now!
