marcinD-29	Background of the issue: I am trying to receive an invoice without VAT since I provided a VAT number. Symptoms: Despite providing a VAT number, I received an invoice with 23% VAT. Questions: Why did I receive an invoice with 23% VAT despite providing a VAT number?
