I’m contacting you regarding a mistake I made during the purchase of WPML licenses.
Unfortunately, I entered incorrect email addresses when creating my account(s), which resulted in two purchases linked to emails that I cannot access properly.
As a result, I made two purchases:
• December 16 – PayPal transaction ID: 1JP24919JM701752P
• December 17 – PayPal transaction ID: 5DF07527Y55773155
I am unable to log into these accounts to manage or cancel the subscriptions.
Since then, I have created the correct WPML account with the proper email address and company details, and this is the account I would like to keep and use going forward.
My request is the following:
• cancel and refund the two purchases linked to the incorrect email addresses
• close or delete the corresponding accounts if possible
• keep only my correct account active
If needed, I can of course provide PayPal payment confirmations or any additional information.

Could you please clarify what isn’t working on your end?
Are you unable to submit your request through https://wpml.org/home/contact-us/contact-form/ because you encounter an error when sending the message? If so, please send me a screenshot of the error.
Or have you already submitted the request but haven’t received a response yet?
