[Resolved] menu in foreign language expand on all pages at top

Background of the issue:
I am trying to fix an issue with the menus on my website hidden link. A few weeks ago, all was OK for menus in foreign languages (French, Spanish, German, etc.), but now there is a problem.

Symptoms:
Except for the English page where menus are OK and can expand when clicked, all menus appear expanded at the top of each page in foreign languages only.

Questions:
How to fix the issue where menus in foreign languages appear expanded at the top of each page?
