This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client's website is in three languages (FR, Dutch, EN), and they noticed that the "Next" and "Previous" buttons at the end of their articles were not translated into Dutch, despite the strings being translated in the WPML String Translation.
Solution:
We found that these strings are part of an Elementor template. We recommend translating the Elementor template directly. After translating the template on the client's test site, the issue was resolved.
If this solution doesn't look relevant to your issue, please open a new support ticket with us.

Hi,

My website is in 3 languages: FR/Dutch/EN.

For the articles, hidden link, as you see at the end of this article, the "Next" and "Previous" has not been translated in NL.
while in EN, it is the case: hidden link

For this, I went to WPML > Traduction de chaines > typed the word I am looking for: "prochain" and I see that it has been translated (see screenshot) in NL and in EN (see screenshot).

Can you help me to see why it is not working ?

Thanks a lot,

br,

Nhu

Hi,

Thanks for contacting WPML support team,

Please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.

Can you please try to do a backup of your site and go to WPML > Support > troubleshooting and try all the following buttons: hidden link

You can refer to this documentation on how to do it : https://wpml.org/documentation/support/wpml-troubleshooting-options/

If that didn't help, I would like to ask for temporary access to your site.

It is important to note that you should back up your site and database before proceeding, and you can use a plugin like Duplicator for this purpose. Here’s a link to the plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

If you do not see the form below, please do not enter your credentials as they will be publicly exposed:

Hello,

It turns out that these strings are part of an elementor template, which means that you should translate the template directly from here : hidden link

I have translated it under your test site and it is working fine now,
