Background of the issue:
I am trying to get support for a reported error in WPML, but the support agent has not responded anymore or solved the confirmed issue. The issue can be seen here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/translations-queue-is-looping/#post-17152918.

Symptoms:
I expected to see support to respond, but instead, I got no response.

Questions:
Why is there no response from the support agent on the active error?
How can I get the support agent to respond to my issue?
