Problem:
The client needed to know how to pay for translations using WPML but had already opened a ticket regarding the same issue.
Solution:
We informed the client that this is a duplicate ticket and advised them to refer to the existing ticket on this topic. We recommended not opening more tickets for the same issue to avoid lowering the priority of the initial ticket in the support queue.
