I have reviewed our records and noted that you deposited 90000 credits on May 21, which have already been used. Can you please confirm if you have purchased an additional 90000 credits? If so, could you upload a screenshot of this order? Which email was used for the order?

Hi Andrey,

Here is the screenshot of my sites back end that shows how many credits I need to finish the translation:

Here is the screenshot of the WPML Backend where you can see that there are no credits available:

Then here is the invoice of the additionally purchased 90k credits:

Here is the invoice of the subscription which includes 90k credits:

Here is also a screenshot of the backend where you can see that the credits are not enough to do the automatic translation:

So I propose the following:

Please refund invoice 17058357

That is the invoice for the additional credits.

Then I will switch to pay as you go and try if that works.

And actually I would like to see you guys give me some sort of free credits as compensation. Because I am not only wasting my time but also I am loosing money because I buying ads for pages that don’t exist because the sites aren’t translated yet.

Awaiting your feedback ASAP.
