I purchased an additional 90k credits for automatic translation and need to allocate them to my website 'hidden link' so the automatic translation can be finished.

The purchased credits are not appearing in the backend.

Why are the purchased credits not appearing in the backend?
How can I allocate the credits to my website 'hidden link'?
I have reviewed our records and noted that you deposited 90000 credits on May 21, which have already been used. Can you please confirm if you have purchased an additional 90000 credits? If so, could you upload a screenshot of this order? Which email was used for the order?

So I propose the following:
Please refund invoice 17058357
That is the invoice for the additional credits.
Then I will switch to pay as you go and try if that works.
And actually I would like to see you guys give me some sort of free credits as compensation. Because I am not only wasting my time but also I am loosing money because I buying ads for pages that don’t exist because the sites aren’t translated yet.
