[Resolved] "Save media translation" button is not active
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is unable to activate the 'Save media translation' button after uploading media in different languages using WPML on their site.
Solution:
We conducted several tests and identified that the issue is likely due to a compatibility conflict with the RT Framework plugin when used with the Medilink theme. We recommend:
1. Deactivating the RT Framework plugin and checking if the issue resolves. 2. If the issue is resolved by deactivating the plugin, consider this as a temporary workaround. 3. Contact RadiusTheme to request them to collaborate with our compatibility team to resolve this issue permanently. Because it is not officially compatible - https://wpml.org/developer/radiustheme/
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve the issue.
Please Increase *WP Memory Limit* to *256*(the minimum required memory limit for WPML is *128*) and check if is there any difference in the result. Please check the following links for more details

Thank you for the updates. This requires further testing. So it would be great if you could consider a staging site (a clone copy of the live site in a similar environment). So we can troubleshoot the bug without affecting your live site.

Thank you for the login information. Just to make sure, hidden link is your live site or staging site? Because we will be doing some testing and changes on the site (like upgrading to the latest version of all the plugins, switching the theme, etc.. ). Please confirm.
It is working fine when only WPML plugins are active with the default 2025 theme. So I switched back to the *Medilink* theme and activated the plugins as a group of three. It works as expected when RT Framework is inactive. So most probably a compatibility conflict with this plugin.
Please check it now and let us know your feedback. Refer to the attached images for more details.
Hi Bigul,
I see, thank you very much for assistance. RT Framework is required plugin of the theme, what if I after uploading and saving necessary media reactivate RT Framework plugin, will it be good solution, will it work?
Thank you for the feedback. You can try it as a workaround for the time being.
The *Medilink* theme and *RT Framework* plugin is not included in our compatibility list.
Therefore it would be great if you could contact RadiusTheme and request them to be in touch with our compatibility team. So we can avoid this bug in the future. Refer to the following links for more details.
