Please Increase *WP Memory Limit* to *256*(the minimum required memory limit for WPML is *128*) and check if is there any difference in the result. Hello, Thank you for the updates. I had a few rounds of testing after upgrading to the latest version of the plugins and WPML Troubleshooting steps - https://wpml.org/documentation/support/wpml-troubleshooting-options/ It is working fine when only WPML plugins are active with the default 2025 theme. So I switched back to the *Medilink* theme and activated the plugins as a group of three. It works as expected when RT Framework is inactive. So most probably a compatibility conflict with this plugin. Please check it now and let us know your feedback. Refer to the attached images for more details. -- Bigul |

Hello, Thank you for the feedback. You can try it as a workaround for the time being. The *Medilink* theme and *RT Framework* plugin is not included in our compatibility list. Therefore it would be great if you could contact RadiusTheme and request them to be in touch with our compatibility team. So we can avoid this bug in the future.
